Return and Exchange Policy: Returns or exchanges are only accepted with the invoice sent via email or with the order number/phone number registered with the order. The goods can be returned within 3 days or exchanged within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order, and the process is considered rejected after this period. The goods must be in their original condition as delivered, inside their original packaging and with all accessories, without use. Products sold in offers and clearance cannot be returned or exchanged. Electrical wires cannot be returned or exchanged if used or if part of them has been used. Electrical cables cannot be returned or exchanged; if the product was purchased from one of the branches, the same branch must be visited to process the return or exchange. If the reason for the return or exchange is an order error or a manufacturing defect, it will be exchanged or returned immediately. In case of return or exchange based on the customer's wish, the customer bears the shipping fees starting from 24 riyals for returns and 75 riyals for exchanges, depending on the size and quantity of products. Payment is made via bank transfer after contacting technical support via WhatsApp. The product to be returned or exchanged must be securely packaged. ALEMAAD reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange if the product arrives in a condition different from the original. The product is subject to inspection by the relevant department to ensure it complies with packaging conditions and to verify its accessories, in order to accept or reject the request. Conditions for returning or exchanging sanitary tools: The product is inspected by the maintenance department within a maximum of 48 hours from the time of delivery. The warranty does not cover the following cases: 1- Water pump motor – diver – wire parts (used in impure water – breakage – presence of residues or dirt – burning due to operation without water) (and anything below that is replaceable). 2- Mixers – shower pipes – brushes (breakage, presence of residues or dirt – use of chemicals – breakage – leakage due to use) (and anything below that is replaceable). Return conditions: The product must be in new condition, not installed or disassembled, with its full box and accessories. The product to be exchanged must be available in the branch's stock. The branch reserves the right to accept or reject the return or exchange according to approved procedures. A product can be exchanged for another, considering the price difference.
